Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Wall Pix mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Decodo ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of Wall Pix.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Wall Pix. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Wall Pix does not require user accounts or registration. The App is available for use by anyone who meets the age requirement and agrees to these Terms.

3. License and Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Wall Pix on your personal Android device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You May:

• Download and use wallpapers from the App for personal use on your devices
• Save wallpapers to your device's storage
• Set wallpapers as your home screen or lock screen background
• Use the auto wallpaper changer and other features as intended

You May Not:

• Use the App or its content for any commercial purpose without our express written permission
• Redistribute, sell, or license wallpapers obtained from the App
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the App or its content
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or download content from the App

4. Intellectual Property

The App and all wallpapers, graphics, images, and content therein are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Wallpapers provided through the App are either owned by us, licensed to us, or available under appropriate usage rights.

The Wall Pix name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Decodo and may not be used without our express written permission.

5. Prohibited Activities

When using Wall Pix, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, our servers, or any systems or networks connected to the App
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security features of the App

6. User Content

Wall Pix does not currently support user-generated content or uploads. All wallpapers and content are provided by us or our content partners. If this functionality changes in the future, these Terms will be updated accordingly.

7. Advertising

Wall Pix is a free app supported by advertising. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Advertisements will be displayed within the App
• Third-party advertisers may collect certain data as described in our Privacy Policy
• We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements

8. Purchases and Subscriptions

Not Applicable: Wall Pix does not currently offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid features. The App is completely free to use with ad support.

9. Disclaimers

Wall Pix is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any content

We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that defects will be corrected. We make no guarantees about the availability of specific wallpapers or features.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Decodo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the App
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount of ten dollars ($10 USD).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Decodo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Wall Pix at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you in these Terms will immediately cease.

13. Updates and Modifications

We may update the App from time to time to add new features, fix bugs, or make improvements. These updates may be automatic or may require your action to install.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Decodo regarding your use of Wall Pix and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
